| Apologies for the late submission, but holidays
and stuff got in the way. Anyway, you might remember that towards the end
of June this year the club took part in the annual Gorbals Fair, where
there were a number of floats representing some of the different facets of
the local community, including Glasgow Rowing Club. We had a float (kindly lent for the day by Pipeline Supplies & Controls Ltd. of Hillington) which was, as I mentioned at the time, "manned (and wo-manned) by club members demonstrating their skills on indoor rowers." Here are some pictures to prove that there were all sorts of GRC members out that day.
