Here's a picture from lucerne-no rowing pics though, I'm afraid.
People are Hester Goodsell, John Keogh (coach) and Lindsay.
Catch-up: Semi-final and 'B' Final.
Lindsay and Hester were 5th in the semi-final, from start to
finish.
Result.
In the 'B' final on Sunday morning, they came 4th, making them 10th
overall.
Result.
The next event is the World Championships at Dorney in August. There
may be a GB Women's Lightweight quad scull, but the decision is not yet
made.
Day 2 (Saturday) - Semi-finals and small finals.
Lindsay's boat, GBR2 is in the first semi-final, at 2:21 pm. They've got
lane 1, with three boats qualifying, from six, for the 'A' final.
Fingers crossed, everyone!
The final will be televised on Sunday, the small finals will not.
Crews line up at the start for a day of heats and repechages at the
final
stage of the 2006 Rowing World Cup in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Day1 (Friday) - Heats and repechages.
In the repechage, Lindsay and Hester were 3rd at the 500, but pulled
through into the comfortable 2nd place that qualifies them to race in
tomorrow's semi-finals.
Result.
Lindsay and her new partner Hester Goodsell will go to the rep., having
finished directly behind GBR1 who go straight to the semi. Reps are at
4:42 and 4:48.
GBR2 are in the 2nd rep., at 4:48. Two crews from each will go on to the
semi-finals. They are in the best lane (3) as fastest qualifier.
Result
Lucerne 2005 - start of LW2x.
Lindsay's heat is at 11:05 - both GBR crews in the same heat; 1st and
2nd to the semi, rest to the repechage.

The provisional
schedule has the LW2x heats at 11:10-11:25 (BST) on Friday
Reps are at 4:42 and 4:48. The 'C' and 'D' finals are on Saturday
morning.
The semi-finals are also on Saturday, at 2:21 and 2:36.
The final (1:15 pm BST) and 'B' final (9:15 am) are on Sunday.
